What is the fastest way to get an appointment?
Calling. The front desk can see the live schedule, triage an urgent problem, and confirm a time while you are on the phone, which no form can do. The office answers Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Where do I go when I arrive at 1010 Walnut?
The practice is in Suite 280 of the building at 1010 Walnut Street, at 10th and Walnut in the downtown loop. Come into the building lobby and follow the building directory or the suite numbering to Suite 280. Allow a couple of extra minutes on a first visit to find the right entrance from the street. Is there parking, or should I take the streetcar?
Both work. The fare-free KC Streetcar runs along Main Street one block west of the office, which makes it the easiest option from River Market, Crossroads, Union Station or anywhere on the line. If you are driving, metered street parking and several paid garages sit within a block or two of 1010 Walnut. Allow a few extra minutes at lunchtime, when downtown spots fill fastest. What should I bring to a first appointment?
Bring a photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. If you have recent X-rays from a previous dentist, ask that office to send them across before your visit, because usable recent X-rays can save you time and money.
